With approximately eight years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, This can range from working an office job, working shift patterns, working a standard 8-6 and working from home, my coaching integrates seamlessly. Recognising the potential to reach a broader audience both nationally and globally, I’ve transitioned from one-on-one personal training to online coaching. This shift allows me to extend my expertise and assistance to more people.
My qualifications diversify beyond personal training to include kettlebell, functional and circuit training, boxing levels 2 and 3, nutritional guidance, TRX rope training and level 3 massage therapy. This diverse skill set allows me to offer a comprehensive approach to fitness and wellness, tailoring my online services to meet your unique needs and goals.
I have obtained the ability to personalise training programs and provide nutritional advice/guidance plans based on specific individuals needs, my three main focus areas are weight training, nutrition and functional/HIIT based training to achieve your goals which can be done at home or at the gym through my four-phase process.
For several years, I immersed myself in the world of competitive kickboxing, a journey that led me to earn two silver medals and a gold trophy. My dedication to this martial art was instrumental in achieving my peak cardiovascular fitness levels. This passion for physical excellence naturally transitioned into gym training, ultimately inspiring me to pursue a career in fitness. I underwent a significant transformation, increasing my fighting weight from 70kg to gaining 15kg of lean muscle in less than a year through nutrition and weightlifting.
